1, overview
The new generation of K, DK series of mine energy saving fan is based on the use of energy-saving fan on the basis of technology, improve the structure, improve performance and expand the number of machines and the design of a successful. This series fan has higher operating efficiency, lower noise, greater performance range and more significant energy saving effect. At the same time, the main air duct is provided with a constant current loop device, and the characteristic curve is provided with no hump, which can ensure that the fan can work stably under any resistance condition.
In order to expand the range of performance of this series fan, to meet the needs of all kinds of small and medium-sized coal mines, the low middle and high resistance and large and medium and small quantity of various types of ventilation network, can choose to work in the high efficiency area of the main fan, auxiliary fan and multistage fan, fans of the series by 0.40 and 0.45 two, and single hub ratio of rotary structure of two types, namely, divided into K40, K45 and DK40, DK45 four. And K40 were 4, 6, 8 pole motor for the speed of the K45, respectively, using the, 6 pole motor for the speed of the, DK40, DK45 were 6, 8 pole motor for the speed of two.
