INQUIRY

JK series of mine local fan, energy saving and low noise (the fan), is designed according to the needs of metallurgy, nonferrous metals, gold, building materials and chemical industry, nuclear industry and other non coal mine local ventilation, suitable for all kinds of cross section of tunnel ventilation, mining field and the wind, the bottomless scraper sublevel mining method for road ventilation and other local ventilation and some auxiliary ventilation. Ventilation is also can be used in tunnel construction, underground engineering construction use air duct.
The design of JK series fan, considering all kinds of local ventilation operation required for the dust exhaust air volume, air duct, common duct distance specifications, wind resistance, and mine use conditions. JK series fan is divided into single wheel JK 1 HP (see Figure 1), double wheel JK-2 No. (see Figure 2) and the DJK three rotary operation. The structure of the JK40 series fan (with front and rear silencer) is shown in Figure 3, DJK50 series of rotating fan (with front and rear silencer) structure see figure 4. The JK40 series fan and DJK50 series fan can be directly installed on the floor of the roadway, or can be hung on the wall or roof of the roadway.
JK series fan has the following characteristics:
(1) high operating efficiency. The maximum total pressure efficiency of single stage and double stage working wheels are 92% and 83% respectively, and the maximum total pressure efficiency of the rotary type is about 85%, which is higher than that of the original JF series fan by a factor of 20 to 30%.
(2) complete specifications, strong adaptability. There are various combinations of air volume and total pressure of the fan, the air supply distance is from 80 meters to 600 meters (the air supply distance can be up to more than 1200 meters), which can meet the different needs of users.
(3) small size, light weight, flexible and convenient to move. In the performance of the JF series with the same fan, the volume reduction of 20 to 30%, weight reduction of 20 ~ 30%.
(4) low noise. The noise of the air mine occasions measured 1 No..4 fan does not exceed 86dB (A). If the noise of local fan users with special requirements, our factory can support the muffler, please make when ordering.
JK series of fan motor are 2 poles, the speed of 2860 ~ 2930r/min.
