Use of fan
G, Y4-68 type boiler centrifugal fan is a fan of the 1982 joint design of the series of products, mainly used in thermal power plant evaporation below 230t/h steam boiler, air conditioning system. Fan Type

The driving mode of the fan is D, and the motor is connected with the blower directly by the elastic coupling.
Fan structure
The utility model is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, an adjusting door and a transmission group.
The impeller is formed by the welding of the 12 rear inclined wing blades on the arc conical wheel cover and the flat wheel disk. Fan impeller generally choose 16Mn, and cover handover between the blade and the wheel liner wear plate, head of blade with a solid body, and easy to wear in the hardfacing layer increase, improve the service life of the blade, and the fan and the other. The impeller is static and dynamic balance correction and super band operation, so the operation is stable and reliable.
Casing: welded with common steel plate. Single suction fan casing made of two kinds of forms: No. 8- No. 12.5 of the housing into the overall structure, No. 14, No. 16 chassis 1/4 can be removed. For the draught fan, the volute plate is provided with a dust removing door, which is thickened properly to prevent the ash from wearing.
Air inlet: convergent streamline integral structure, which is fixed on the side of the inlet of the casing by bolts.
Regulating gate: used to adjust the size of the fan flow. No. 8, No. 12.5 is composed of 11 petals blade, No. 14, No. 16 is composed of 13 petals type blades, are installed in the axial air inlet, the external drive structure is rotating flexible, adjustment range from 90 degrees to 0 degrees (closed) (open). Adjust the position of the door, from the direction of the air inlet, on the right. For the right whirlwind machine, pull the push from top to bottom by the full closed to the full direction; for the left cyclone, pull the pull from top to bottom is fully closed to fully open direction. Transmission group: transmission are D type. By the spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc.. The spindle is made of high quality steel. The use of rolling bearings and water-cooled bearing box, therefore, the need to install water pipes, water consumption varies depending on the environment, generally considered by 0.5-1m3/h. Performance and selection of fan
