The wind pressure includes the resistance that the fan overcomes when the air volume is generated and the power to transport the gas. If the wind pressure value is greater, it not only represents the high conveying effect of the fan, but also represents the large resistance value that the fan needs to overcome.

A. The most important first point is that the model and type of the fan need to meet the use requirements, which is the premise for better use of the fan. In addition to the model and specification of the fan, the performance characteristics of the fan should also meet the use standards.

B. Before the fan is connected to the purification system, it is necessary to check all parts of the fan, including whether the parts are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the parts are closely connected, whether the main parts such as impeller, main shaft and bearing are damaged, whether the transmission group is flexible, etc.

C. after the inspection of fan accessories is completed, a trial operation is required to ensure that the fan is connected to the exhaust gas purification system after the fan is running normally.

D. It is suggested that the fan use frequency conversion device to control the running speed of the fan, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the air volume and ensure that the fan will not have the air volume process or insufficient air volume during use.

E. In addition to air volume control, reasonable design of ventilation ducts can also reduce the conveying pressure of the fan and further improve the working efficiency of the fan.
