The titanium fan is not only high temperature resistant, but also small in size, light in weight and simple in structure. The fan is designed with a special motor cooling system. When the medium temperature of the main air duct is 280 degrees, it can run continuously for about 30 minutes, and it can run continuously for a long time at 150 degrees. The characteristics of small size and light weight make it 2/3 less space than the centrifugal fan with the same air volume, and the weight is reduced by more than half.

It can run continuously at a high temperature of 300°C for about 60 minutes, and at a medium temperature of 100°C for 20 hours/time without damage. Is the ideal fire facilities! When we use it, we should let it work in a normal working environment, not in a harsh environment. This is easy to cause damage to the exhaust fan. Generally speaking, when the medium temperature does not exceed 5°C, the two-speed fire high-temperature exhaust fan should not work for a long time at a high temperature above 300°C.
During the trial operation of the titanium fan, the low speed should be started first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; when the high speed is started, the fan must be started after it is stationary to prevent the high-speed reverse rotation, causing the switch to trip and the motor to be damaged. The two-speed fire high-temperature exhaust fan is a special fan for fire protection, and users can choose different types according to actual needs.
According to the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, the titanium fan uses a high-speed impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerates, changes the flow direction, and converts the kinetic energy into potential energy pressure. In a single-pole centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction. When the gas flows through the impeller, it becomes axial and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the direction of flow, causing deceleration, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase occurs mainly in the impeller, followed by the diffusion process. In a multi-stage fan, the flow of air into the next impeller, resulting in a higher pressure.
