Maintenance and storage of stainless steel fan
1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris in the air inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and other debris from fans and ducts.
2. It can only run when the fan is completely normal. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable, and phase-failure operation is prohibited. The power supply lines must be dedicated lines, and temporary lines must not be used for long-term power supply.
3. During the operation of the stainless steel fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor heats up severely, the shell is charged, the switch trips, and does not start. It should be closed for inspection immediately. For safety, no maintenance is allowed while the fan is running. After maintenance, test run for 5 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal situation.
4. According to natural conditions, the bearing is irregularly supplemented or replaced with lubricating oil (the motor closed bearing does not need to be replaced with lubricating oil during the service life). In order to ensure good moistening of the fan during operation, the oil feeding frequency shall not be less than 1000 hours/time, the bearings of each motor of the bearing shall be closed, and ZL-3 lithium-based lubricating oil shall be added to 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Prohibit lack of oil. If the bearing seat product is used, the lubricating oil for filling the bearing seat shall be qualified 30# mechanical oil, and the oil amount shall not exceed the center line of the oil mirror.
5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from being damp. When the fan is stored outdoors, rainproof measures should be taken. To avoid bearing corrosion, power on for 15 seconds every two months, or rotate by hand for 10 cycles. During storage and transportation, fan collision should be avoided to prevent fan damage.
